Terms of Service

Last updated : June 2026

1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Service govern every subscription to the Wakoo service operated by AWIT SRL ("Wakoo", "we"). By creating an account or subscribing, the customer ("you") accepts them in full, except for any diverging conditions agreed in writing.

2. The service

Wakoo connects to the tools you already use (read-only by default) and helps you find where to look, what to change and what to follow after. Wakoo applies the means dictated by the state of the art to meet its obligations; it is a best-efforts obligation, not an obligation of result. Continuous availability and inviolability against intrusion depend on circumstances we do not control.

3. Account, free trial and subscription

Paid plans (Pro, Team) include a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial and may cancel at any time before it ends at no cost. Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically at the end of the trial and then for each billing period (monthly or annual) until cancelled. The Free plan is available indefinitely with no card required.

4. Prices, payment and VAT

Prices are stated per user and per month, exclusive of tax. Belgian VAT (21%) is added where applicable. For customers established in another EU member state and providing a valid VAT number, the intra-EU reverse-charge applies (0% VAT). Payment is made by card or, for Team and Enterprise, by invoice (bank transfer).

Final Sales Please note that all sales of Wakoo Pro, Team and Enterprise subscriptions and related services are final and non-refundable.

5. Intellectual property

Wakoo and all related software, content and trademarks remain the exclusive property of AWIT SRL. The subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its term. Data you submit or connect remains your property and under your control.

6. Confidentiality and data

Each party keeps the other's confidential information confidential. Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and complies with the GDPR.

7. Term, suspension and termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We may temporarily or permanently suspend access if we reasonably believe a legal, regulatory or contractual rule has been breached; such suspension does not suspend your payment obligations.

8. Warranties and liability

Wakoo provides guidance to help you decide; you remain responsible for the decisions you make and the changes you apply. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service over the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage.

9. Miscellaneous

We may update these Terms; the version in force is the one published on this page. If a provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. The courts of the judicial district of Tournai have sole jurisdiction in the event of a dispute. Questions: contact@awit.be.
